Hello, I’m glad you’re here!

My name is Natalie and I’ve been dancing for most of my life. While my professional background is in communications, I study dance, choreograph and often perform. As I mature as a dancer, I become more and more passionate about sharing some of the benefits I’ve seen. This is what For Dance Sake is all about. I create dance follow-along videos for you to explore dance at your own pace and for your own needs.

I invite you to join me, and together let us practice dance to enhance overall well-being- to reduce stress, to keep fit, to be creative and for the pure joy of it.
